Calm Accounts is not your typical accounting firm. Founded by Roman, an AAT-licensed accountant and former Xero employee, our mission is to give business owners clarity and confidence.
After more than a decade of working with small businesses, Roman saw how often people felt overwhelmed by jargon, poor communication and unpredictable bills. Calm Accounts was created to be different: clear, personal, and supportive.
We’re fully remote, serving clients across the UK. You’ll always deal directly with your accountant, and you’ll always understand what’s happening. And with proactive advice and reporting, we’ll help you keep more money in your business.

Meet Roman
Roman is a qualified accountant with 10+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, company accounts and personal tax. He worked at Xero before founding Calm Accounts, and now helps clients across the UK use cloud accounting to make life simpler. Outside of work, Roman enjoys travelling and exploring new places – but he’s always a message away when clients need him.
